Well, that was one hell of a week, wasn't it?
My memories of Robin Williams are really tied up to my childhood, growing up in the 90's. He seemed to be everywhere at that time, Aladdin, Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji, and his talents seemed to be endless. He was always one of those figures I thought would last forever, as I had never known a world without Robin Williams, to some extent. He was like Star Trek on TV, one of those pop-culture fixtures that would always endure, and his loss is all the more tragic because of it. He brightened the lives of millions of people, and I wish his family all the best in these trying times for them. Thank you for everything, Robin.

On a more positive note, I also saw Guardians of the Galaxy this past week and really enjoyed it. I was a big fan of Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning's run on the comic book (check it out if you haven't already), and this movie encapsulated so much of what I loved about the comic; lots of action, some great humour, Rocket Raccoon... Even the stuff I was a little unsure about, like having Ronan the Accuser as a straight up villain, or the lack of Mantis and Phyla-Vell, ended up turning out okay in the end. Yet again, it's another great installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, although I do hope they ease off the Infinity Gem stuff until Avengers 3.

And finally, the next chapter of The Grey Path is up, yay! Thanks for your patience on that, the writing process was a bit disjointed at times and it took longer than I had hoped. Hope you all enjoy.

New Cho Commission by PerilChaser
Anyone at all familiar with me and my works knows that I'm a big fan of Cho Chang from the Harry Potter franchise, and have commissioned more than a few works of her in various DiD situations. Today, the latest of such commissions has been completed, this time by the wonderful PerilChaser, so be sure to check it out, along with the rest of his amazing gallery. And while you're there, consider signing up on his commission waitlist; you'll definitely get your money's worth. Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season as well, and are staying safe. Hope to have some new stories out for you soon!
April Update and New Sagramor Commission
First off, I wanted to thank everyone for the birthday wishes; I know I should probably have said so earlier, even with the general insanity around us, but late or not, it really does mean a lot to me.
And on a related note, are things crazy out there or what? I hope you all are doing fine and staying safe in this current crisis. I know it sucks out there, but panic and distrust are as much the enemy as the pandemic itself is, and it's a problem we'll overcome together. We'll get through this, and get things back to normal in time. For my part, I'm doing okay. While I haven't been very productive on the writing side of things, and needless t
Seasons Greetings 2019
Hey there, everyone, just wanted to wish you all a wonderful holiday season and a great New Year. Here's hoping 2020 will be more productive for me :) . Thank you all for your continued support, and have a safe and happy Christmas.
Sagramor by Isbjorg
First off, I wanted to thank you all for your support and words of wisdom in my previous journal; it means so much that you'd take the time to offer your thoughts on the matter, and you've all given me lots to reflect upon. As I've mentioned before, your support means the world to me, and I'm going to make sure it's never taken for granted. Thank you.
On a related note, the wonderful *Isbjorg (https://www.deviantart.com/isbjorg) has just completed a commission from me featuring none other than Sagramor Tabris, the Grey Wolf of Denerim and hero of The Grey Path. She did an amazing job on it, so be sure to check it out, and leave a comment for her. Consider commissioning her
